Payment
Fimi Nae ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Paypal, ApplePay.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-4 working days.

The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
When you shop on our site, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after receiving your order. If you receive the order for several packages, it will be the last delivered package to which the cancellation period applies. That is That the cancellation period expires 14 days after the last delivered package.
The deadline implies that you have notified us within the 14 days that you have regretted your purchase and would like to return the item. What you can do is write us an email at kontakt@fiminae.dk in the email you must make it clear that you would like to return your item.
You cannot undo by rejecting receipt of the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
If you have ordered several items and regret only part of the purchase, you can of course easily return only the part you regret.
Note! - You will not be refunded the shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
When you have informed us that your goods must be returned,
it is important that it is returned without undue delay, including no later than 14 days after you have announced your return.
It is you as the customer who must bear the direct costs associated with your return of the product, and it is you who is liable if damage occurs to the package during delivery or if the package is lost.
The buyer is therefore responsible for all costs associated with returns. At Fimi Nae, we recommend choosing a delivery method with track and trace, which means that the package can be traced, which will make it easier for both parties.

Note! - if the package is delivered to a package shop, your return will not be processed and you will not be able to get money back.
Refund of returned goods:
The buyer will have the option of getting the amount returned for the product/goods in question if the product has not lost value, has the product been used in one way or another, we look at the product's nature, properties and the way it functions in relation to condition and you will therefore only receive part of the amount depending on the commercial value. Below, it must be informed that in some cases it will only be possible to return the shipping costs.
However, it must be stated that you can easily try the product on, as in a physical store, without it going beyond the repayable amount. However, the item is considered used if it has been tried on in addition to what is described. If you would like to receive the full purchase amount back, please test the product without using it.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Fimi Nae ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Fimi Nae ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Fimi Nae ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
